About Training & Placement

Anjuman College of Engineering & Technology has full-fledged Training and Placement Cell led by Dr. Khwaja Ramizuddin as the Head of Training & Placement.

Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of our institution. The institute has provided the complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell.

The cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students.

The cell is designed to function with a high degree of professionalism. It provides almost instantaneous data to the corporate sector with regard to the candidates available for consideration towards placement in accordance with the preserved requirements. Indeed, we have been appreciated more often by the industrial houses for this special feature embedded in our work philosophy.

  • More than 50% students got placed in the companies like TCS, Coditude, HCLTech, TTEC, Antony Waste Cell, MyCaptain, Volvo, Ashok Leyland and many more...
  • Highest package offered to our students of Rs. 7.50 LPA by MyCaptain.

ACET Training & Placement Cell has maintained good and strong relationship with Industries across the country and as a result, has built up an impressive placement record both in terms of percentage of registered students placed, as well as the number of companies visiting the campus.

Training Objective

Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programs. To succeed in today’s competitive environment it becomes necessary for student to have additional skill apart from being technically sound. Aptitude, Reasoning, Soft Skill and Communication Skill programs are provided to our students to uplift there employability Skills.

Highlights

  • More than 500 students undertake minimum vocational training during winter/ summer vacations

  • Branch specific Technical Trainings were provided to students to enhance their Technical Skills in respective discipline. These Training includes C, C++, Data Structure, Core JAVA, AutoCAD, ANSYS, CREO, PHP Web designing, HTML Web Designing, MATLAB, STAADPRO and PLC-SCADA.

  • Campus Specific Training Program were organized by cell prior for campuses of dream companies (like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys, Triveni Turbines, Cognizant, Zensar, etc), conducted expert training from esteemed organizations to uplift placements.

  • Along with these technical and non-technical trainings, career counseling seminars are conducted throughout the year for the students of each and every department of all semesters.

Training Objective

  • To work with faculty members, departmental Heads and administration to integrate career planning and academic curriculum as well as coordinate Project Work/ Summer Training/Internship programs.

  • To empower students with life-long career decision-making skills.

  • Up gradation of the students communication skills and personality development by inviting experts from outside for seminars/classes.

  • To train the students in the areas of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal reasoning through the reputed external training organizations and expert in-house trainers.

  • Train the students through Mock Interviews as per the expectations of the corporate world, to perform well in the professional interviews.

  • To build confidence in students and develop right attitude in them.
